We ran out of keys unfortunately as you may have seen when you order the game. We're waiting Ubisoft to get new ones. You can also ask for a refund directly on your account if you changed your mind :)

Sorry for that but we did receive a massive amount of orders during the promotion. You are free to ask a refund if you want to but we will do our best to deliver as soon as Ubisoft replies.
